Comprehensive insurance for all types of tenanted residential property, providing accommodation for Professionals, Students, DSS through to Asylum Seeker housing.

Covering
Buildings - individual or portfolios up to £3m
Contents - some include £5 of landlords contents as standard, then add more if required.
Loss of Rent - up to 20% of Building sum as standard, more if required.
Property Owner's Liability - up to £5m
Accidental Damage - for building +/or contents

Additional cover
Legal Expenses - up to £50,000
Rent Guarantee - as per rent level
Emergency Call Out - covering main heating, utilities, locks

Contents Only

We are able to offer cover for either Landlord or Tenant.  Cover also includes Content Liability and Occupier's Liability in case of damage to the other party's person or property.

Unoccupied/occupied, managed, owner usage...a complicated situation for home insurance.  We have a number of companies with specialist packages for Holiday Homes and Lets both in the UK and abroad.

Unoccupied Property

If the property is going through Probate, a recent purchase that needs to be refurbished or converted, or simply taking a long time to find tenants, we easily find cover for Unoccupied properties.

It is normal for insurers to limit cover to "FLEA" cover (Fire, Lightening, Earthquake, Explosion & Aircraft) but we are able to offer Wider Perils and Full Perils coverage too.

Property with Subsidence?

It's a nightmare, once labelled - forever so.
If you have found that your property has experienced subsidence you may also find that your insurer has hiked up the premium and you may also feel like you tied you into their product forever.
Not so, it's difficult but not impossible to change insurer, and like our flood insurers, these Underwriters specialise in Subsidence and movement of buildings and therefore covering them.

Bankruptcy & CCJ history?

No judgement, you just want to run your business too; but finding insurance with a personal history that could include Bankruptcy, Criminal Convictions and CCJs is like finding a needle in a haystack.
